Research Field
If one conceives of the history of law as history of translation of knowledge of normativity, the circumstances and conditions of the translation need to be analyzed. Which practices, rules, principles and norms, as well as material and media factors, influenced the production of knowledge of normativity? These questions are the focus of the projects in this Research Field.
