Subsidia et instrumenta: Research Bibliography “Legal Spaces“ online

Between 2013 and 2019, the Research Focus “Legal Spaces” at the MPIeR hosted numerous projects and activities. One of its key results was a methodological monograph: Caspar Ehlers, Rechtsräume. Ordnungsmuster im Europa des frühen Mittelalters (methodica – Einführungen in die rechtshistorische Forschung 3), Berlin/Boston 2016. The bibliography in that volume (pp. 115-174) has since been comprehensively expanded and updated. Its more than 1,500 entries enable future researchers to easily gain an overview of the publications on the topic.

The research bibliography is published in the subseries subsidia et instrumenta of the Institute's research paper series and, like all of its publications, available online in Open Access.
