International Interdisciplinary Workshop on South Asian Legal History, beyond boundaries

The Max Planck Institute for European Legal History is currently holding an international workshop, co-organised and hosted by NALSAR, University of Law in Hyderabad, India. This workshop, part of the 'Initiation Workshop' scheme promoted by the Max Planck Gesellschaft is an opportunity for Max Planck and German based researchers to exchange views on South Asian legal history with their Indian counterparts, in pursuit of the larger MPIeR research field 'Legal Transfer within the Common Law World'. The MPIeR delegation is headed by Director Prof. Stefan Vogenauer, accompanied by Dr. Jean-Philippe Dequen and Dr. Donal Coffey as well as Dr. Des. Razak Khan (Göttingen University) and Gauri Parasher (Heidelberg University). Please find the Workshop programme on the right.
