Natural will and medical treatment
For some time now, jurisprudence in the area of medical interventions has recognised the legal relevance of natural will. How exactly this should be evaluated and how it relates to consent is being investigated by Johann Seidel in his doctoral project.
Since February 2023, he has been doing research as a doctoral student in the Department Multidisciplinary Theory of Law (Marietta Auer) as part of the research field Modern Private Law and History of Modern Private Law.
