In January 2024, The Cambridge History of Latin American Law in Global Perspective was published in print and in Open Access. The editors, Tamar Herzog and Thomas Duve, and one of the authors, Mariana Dias Paes, will open a discussion of this book by briefly presenting the project and the chapters they have written.
