Legal History Courses

Forschungsprojekt

Given the constantly evolving methods in education, new developments in technology and the fluctuating needs of society, how we approach teaching legal subjects, including legal history, is also changing. Teaching via digital platforms opens up opportunities to interact with students, researchers, stakeholders and communities from around the world, enabling exchange and discussions between diverse participants who bring a variety of interests to legal history. However, to create this wider space to think about law and legal history requires the adaptation of both teaching methods and content.

Legal History Courses is an e-learning platform creating new channels and methods of discussing and teaching legal history. The modules are developed by our researchers and tailored to the needs of specific audiences, making these specialist topics more accessible. The aim of this project is to develop a broader understanding of the law through the interaction of legal historians with various audiences interested in legal history.
