New at the institute: Niels Pepels

Niels Pepels, previously active in Dutch law practice, is a doctoral researcher at MPIeR. He will be examining how the originality requirement in copyright law was transferred from England to the U.S., and how it has evolved autonomously in the U.S. since the legal transfer from England.
