Conference: The legal history of white-collar work

Since the late nineteenth century, a new variant of paid labour has been emerging in the form of white-collar work. This was a socio-historical process of great importance. The conference of the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History and the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute for Labour Law will examine the legal implications of the history of differentiation.
