The disciplines of legal, historical and political studies have only rarely focused their attention on the visual field. To address this deficit, this workshop reflects on the possibilities offered by graphics as a primary source for doing legal history research. It relates the visual perspective to the repertoires of ideas and practices that were concomitant in their respective contexts. We will analyze concrete historical cases and suggest methodological readings for the work with these types of sources.
The workshop will be held in Spanish.
