Workshop: The Use of Comparative Arguments by Latin American Courts

A small group of legal scholars from Latin America will meet for a closed workshop with Professor Stefan Vogenauer, Director of the MPIeR. They will continue their work on an empirical project that assesses the use of comparative arguments by Supreme Courts in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay.
