'New Researchers Prize' for Jasper Kunstreich

Jasper Kunstreich has been awarded the New Researchers Prize at the annual conference of the Economic History Society.

Jasper Kunstreich has been awarded the New Researchers Prize at the annual conference of the Economic History Society for his paper entitled ‘Who Had the Right to Fail? Bankruptcy in 19th Century German Port Towns’. Each year, the society awards the prize to a doctoral or early career researcher for an outstanding academic paper and excellent presentation skills.This year, over four hundred members of the society from more than forty different countries came together from April 1-3 at Robinson College, University of Cambridge. Jasper Kunstreich (University of Oxford/MPIeR) and Sebastian Keibeck (University of Cambridge) were selected from sixty young researchers, who had handed in papers.
